I allow myself to have excellent health.
I fully realize and appreciate the positive impact having excellent health would have on my life. The advantages of having good health are obvious to me. I remind myself of these advantages on a daily basis.
I strive to eat nutritious, healthy meals. I enjoy eating healthy food and know that each meal takes me one step closer to excellent health.
Meals are a time of meditation for me. I concentrate on every bite I place into my mouth. I eat until I am full and then I stop.
When I feel challenged by an unhealthy food, I am able to quickly find a healthy substitute that soothes my craving.
Exercise is enjoyable to me, and I exercise daily. I love how my body feels during and after exercise. I feel free and healthy. Exercise reduces my stress and makes me feel relaxed and at ease.
I go to the doctor when I believe I am having a health issue. He is an integral part of my journey to excellent health. My regular medical check-ups are important to my health as well.
I get all the sleep I need to heal, rest, and refresh my mind and body. Each morning I wake up ready to face the day.
Today, my plan is to lower my stress, since low stress levels are paramount to good health. Whenever I feel stressed, I can take a deep breath to relax my mind and body. In many ways, I focus on good health and allow myself to enjoy the best.
